Mirza International Ltd consolidated sales up 25.20% on year in Q2FY2026 As on : 06-Aug-26  14:26

Mirza International Ltd share price slipped 0.88% to Rs 33.95 after the company's net profit tumbled by 69.21% to Rs 4.07 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 25.20% to Rs 128.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Leather And Leather Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 6787.61 crore, slipping 3.88%. It has improved by 0.15% over last one week and crept higher by 5.63% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mirza International Ltd has softened by 1.34% and 1.80% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Mirza International Ltd stood at Rs 4.44 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 120.64% year-on-year, and tanking 69.84% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, nosediving by 80.83% YoY and crashing by 131.50% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 13.49% to Rs 132.64 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 62.63 crore, jumping 20% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 20.87 crore, ticking higher by 3.93% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 9.29% to Rs 527.23 crore, while net profit plunged by 83.90% to Rs 0.57 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 3410% to Rs 15.7 crore, and PBT tanked by 98.03% to Rs 0.07 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 43.96 crore in FY26, as against Rs 28.24 crore in FY25. Mirza International Ltd softened by 4.61% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.64% during the same period.
